Refund Policy

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Little Ones app, website, or any related services.

By accessing or using the Little Ones platform (website and/or app), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the Little Ones app, website, and all related content, features, and services (the “Platform”).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept any changes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Subscription Access

Some features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

You authorise us (or the relevant app store) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. Continued use after a price change means you accept the updated pricing.

4. Free Trials (if applicable)

We may offer free trials to new users.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancelling Your Subscription

  • Website or direct subscriptions Cancel within your account settings in the app. You will be directed from there to the relevant page to edit your Membership settings.
  • App store subscriptions (Apple / Google) You must cancel directly via the app store. We cannot cancel these for you.

5.2 Timing of Cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5.3 Access After Cancellation

After cancelling, you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

5.4 No Refunds

All purchases are final.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused time
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Outcomes not as expected

For subscriptions purchased via an app store, any refunds are subject to the app store’s own policies.

Deleting your account or app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund or pro-rated amount.

6. Promotions and Offers

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional pricing, or free trials.

By participating in a promotion, you agree that:

  • Promotions are only valid during the advertised period
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • Purchases made during a promotion or sale are non-refundable
  • Promotional pricing will automatically roll over to the standard subscription price unless cancelled before renewal
  • Free trials may not be available in conjunction with other offers

 

7. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content
  • Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security

All content is for personal use only.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content within the Platform, including sleep programs, schedules, and resources, is owned by Little Ones.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.

9. Health Disclaimer

All information provided is for general guidance only and is not medical advice.

Every baby is different. You should seek advice from a qualified health professional if you have any concerns about your child.

10. Results Disclaimer

Our app and methods are designed to support the majority of families when followed as directed.

However, results are not guaranteed and outcomes may vary.

11. Availability of the Platform

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

Access may be suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Ones is not liable for:

  • Any loss arising from use of the Platform
  • Reliance on information provided
  • Inability to access the Platform

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
