If you’re a parent, you know the value of sleep (or the lack thereof). That’s where The Little Ones Sleep App comes in—trust me, it’s a total game-changer. This app is non-negotiable for anyone who wants to give themselves—and their marriage—the beautiful gift of a full night’s sleep and, wait for it, a 2-hour break in the middle of the day. Yes, you read that right, 2 hours.
But here’s the best part: It’s so much more than just a sleep training tool. This app is your ultimate guide through the ever-changing phases of babyhood and toddlerhood. It walks you through everything, from introducing solids to navigating all the quirky, unpredictable sleep needs your little one will have. I love the available and practical advice, and the feedback from the sleep consultants is so spot-on it feels like they’re right in the room with you.
In my experience, when I follow the program exactly as laid out, it’s like magic. My baby is thriving, happy, and sleeping soundly—and I feel like a supermom. Not only do I have a well-rested baby, but I’ve also gained precious time for myself, my work, and time best of all time with my husband too.
If you want to regain control over your family’s routine, get a happy, well-rested baby, and finally feel like yourself again, this app is your new best friend. Trust me, it’s worth every penny... Go ahead and just get the 0-3 year program. You won't regret it.
I was recommended this program by a work colleague and downloaded the free version when my son was born. I started using another app to track sleep and feeds as it had widgets (a new feature LO’s now has that I love!)but when my son hit the 4 month regression he went from 6 hour stretches at night to waking up every 2 hours. I was completely exhausted and the amount of information online and sleep programs when you google search sleep regression is overwhelming. The LO’s program was my last resort before giving in to the fact that I’d never sleep again and I am so glad I tried this program. I saw a massive improvement on day 1, we went from waking every 2 hours at night to waking twice which dropped to once after a few days and now he’s sleeping through consistently and self settling. I was worried about sleep training because I am strongly against cry it out methods but the little ones program allowed me to take a gentle approach whilst still being extremely effective. The village is amazing, not only are consultants available to you to assist with any questions or issues but the social village allows you to ask general questions to other mothers. It’s made my experience as a FTM a lot less daunting and lonely. I like that the schedule allows for flexibility and auto adjusts when things don’t go to plan as well as the troubleshooting notes and FAQs that help you maintain flexibility. I also found this program superior to others in that it is not just a sleep program, the schedule and lessons provide guidance around feeding times, starting solids, teething, toilet training etc. I cannot recommend this app and program enough!
After dealing with a newborn who would be awake for up to 4 hours during the day and waking 5-8 times a night, I suddenly came across this program recommended to us by my sister and friends. Why do they not teach new parents about awake windows and sleep in anti-natal classes?! With my 11 week old, it took us about 2 weeks to see results and we are now waking up just twice a night to feed. The game changer for us was blacking out his room, side settling and incorporating the feeding schedule alongside the sleep schedule. This stopped his snacking throughout the day which was what he was doing during the night, hence so many wake ups. He now has full bottles during the day and is going to bed with a nice full tummy. The online sleep consultant help is just so amazing, so responsive and the advice just makes sense! Would recommend this to any parent who will listen!
We really struggled with settling our baby using sleepy cues. I purchased this app not sure if anything would help... but the information and support we received on the village has been amazing. We used the schedule and information and adapted it to our baby.
We went from bouncing to sleep and wouldn't sleep anywhere apart from contact, no nap routine and was generally fussy with sleeping, baby had colic for the first 3 months so would wake in discomfort and would only settle with bouncing and contact nap .
4 weeks later baby is sleeping in next to me crib can self soothe to sleep without dummy, can independently fall asleep in pram and car. We do sometimes still need the pat to soothe and are still in progress with the lunch time nap but on the whole such a transformation. Special thank you to Brooke for the advice over the last few weeks.
I have to admit when I first purchased this app and program I was very skeptical. I had been given information from friends of other sleep training information but none of them I felt resonated with me and I was craving routine for me and my son. I was struggling with a crying unhappy baby at each nap time, pushing through and staying awake up to 3 hours and only having contact naps.
I now have a baby that is asleep in his cot within 5 minutes at each nap time including any power naps needed and he has good quality sleep and is happy. I haven’t even started any of the self settling, the power of routine has honestly just relaxed him in itself!! Couldn’t recommend more.
I was able to train my baby from day one to sleep independently from usually feeding to sleep. Baby is 3 months old so went straight to the 4-6 month old feed to sleep settling guide and she also slept so long for me last night 5 hours, 3 hours and now even until 5:30 and she is still asleep! She has not slept independently from 4am since a newborn! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Thank you for giving me my life and sleep back.
I bought the program desperate to get my second child, 4mo, to sleep independently during the day. It has done this and more. I was not confident knowing how to get my baby to sleep without feeding and this program showed me step by step, without judging. I felt supported to stay within my comfort level of my child's crying (with my first child I was too terrified of any crying to try any 'sleep training' but this hasn't felt like that).
By the second day my 4mo baby was sleeping better than my first child ever had. It surpassed my expectations of what my baby was capable of. The days improved immediately and that was what I was so desperate for! The nights improved a few days later, they still aren't perfect but I don't even care! Thank you for changing my life!
I was so tired of trying to get my little guy to nap for an hour at a time, and we were in a desperate cycle of catnaps. I impulsively bought the Little Ones program and am so impressed! The app is all encompassing - you can track sleep and feeds. I was worried that because I was starting this program at 6 months, he wasn’t going to adjust well. Within days, I was able to get him on the schedule, improve our naps, and our nighttime sleep. I had so many issues with other programs, because they did not give as much guidance when things went wrong. The troubleshooting section allows us to have flexibility, while still keeping up good sleep habits. Not to mention, this is so cheap compared to other sleep programs! We can’t say enough great things about this program.
We started using the app when our baby was 6.5 months and waking a few times a night from habit wakes. We went cold turkey with the dummy and used the ‘rock to soothe’ method. First day was tough and few challenging nights that first week but he was learning to self soothe at all naps and bedtime within 5 minutes by Day 2. By the end of the first week he was sleeping just over 11 hours per night and self soothing quickly himself when he woke during the night. This has genuinely changed our lives already and it’s only Week 3! Thank you so much!
My 6 month old did NOT want to nap. I was missing his cues and didn't even know it. Within just a few days of following this ap and their schedule, he was taking his naps like a champ!! I still CANNOT get him to sleep at night and am up 6-8 times a night no matter what I try but, at least we have naps down.
I LOVE how I can track everything. The pedi asks question I can give very specific answers to!!
My baby is 4.5 month old , after purchasing the app for over 2 month I finally decided to try their advised schedule. I was highly skeptical at first because my baby is such a terrible sleeper. He refuse to nap during the day and wake up 4+ times at night. To my surprise it actually worked quite well after I stick to the schedule for a few days. He still not close to sleep through the night but he is taking long naps in the day and he goes to bed at 8pm instead of 10pm which is great! Hopefully after trying the schedule for a few weeks he will get up less at night. But I am very pleased with the result.
As a first time mum I had no idea how small changes make such a big difference to a babies sleep!
The lessons in the app are so informative and easy to read that I feel like a sleep expert now
The 4month sleep development phase was breaking me! I didn’t want to hear my baby cry as it made me cry.
The little ones gentle approach had my little man sleeping longer within 3 days and no longer needed to be fed to sleep
I feel confident with other people putting him to bed now .
Thank you soooo much!!!!
First time mom…
At first when I purchased this app I was skeptical and thinking that I would have to ask for a refund after the 30 days were up. The wake windows seemed way too long for what they recommended for my baby. After about a week of slowly adjusting to follow this program she’s on schedule and sleeping so well!
The long lunch nap is amazing for both of us because she always loved long naps but I was always waking her up at 1.5 hours to avoid under tired at night but this program allows her to have that long nap and I also get a full 2 hours to myself now.
We will be using this program for as long as we can 😅.
I am so forever thankful for the Little Ones sleep programme. The day we started this it worked so well, within days my son was settling himself to sleep and resettling after waking. I am so glad we started.
The app is so informative and really prepares you for any scenario, I felt so comfortable with teaching my son to self settle and felt like I had so many techniques to see what would work best for him.
The Little Ones village was great as well, I’ve asked a couple questions and have received helpful answers.
I’ve loved this programme so much and spoken so highly on it 3 friends have begun it too.
Thank you thank you thank you !!!!
My honest opinion on the sleep programme is mixed. I purchased it to fix early waking in my 8 month old twins…. Despite following absolutely every bit of advice and information on the app to a T, it did not help with the problem at all. So, in that respect, it didn’t work for me. However, the schedule on the whole is brilliant and it’s working really well for our family during the day in terms of timing and naps. Overall, I don’t regret my purchase as I feel I got enough out of it to warrant the cost, I’m just disappointed it didn’t do what I had hoped it would
I was very sceptical about a sleeping program for my baby who was 4 months when I started and was going through a sleep regression. She woke up every 2 hours in the night and was always overtired at daytime and couldn’t settle without rocking or dummie. With the help from the village in LO and from the program, my baby started sleeping through the night and settled on her own after just a week and it felt like a dream 🥰 I have asked a few random questions in the village and always receive good answers. Thank you!
I had been struggling getting my baby to sleep, constant rocking, bouncing, feeding you name it at all hours of the day and night, all the while she’s screaming and crying. This went on for weeks and I was slowly breaking down little bit by little bit each day and found myself crying with her.
I had read the reviews on the little ones page and thought, this is worth the money if it helps us in anyway.
By day 2 of using the program my baby was putting herself to sleep within 3 minutes and very minimal tears. It’s been a few weeks now and she’s sleeping through the night 10-12 hours at 6 months. I can even get her down for the afternoon nap in the cot with just one re-settle in the room.
Since I’ve been using the app and seen such success, my other mum friends have also purchased and are seeing great results too.
It’s such a good program, and you can alter it to suit your baby and lifestyle. The information provided is invaluable. And it’s the best money I have ever spent.
THANK YOU LITTLE ONES
We started the programme as we realised we were a couple of weeks into the 4 month sleep regression - things were spiralling out of control fast. Our Little One had always been a catnapper but nights had been ok up until then but we knew we needed to do something to guide him as he wasn’t correcting any of the issues himself as we’d previously hoped. Don’t get me wrong, it was REALLY hard work - especially as we started the programme the week before Christmas but we figured things couldn’t get much worse so gave it a go. We also realised it was best to ditch the dummy, which there was great guidance on and the village was well worth the add on price to help us through this. After two and a half weeks, we now have a calm, self settling baby that goes from wide awake to fast asleep for all naps and bedtimes and I cannot believe I’m able to write that so soon. It’s like a magic trick when I watch him drift off! To be completely honest, some days were extremely hard for us emotionally and you have to really dig deep to trust the process - the gratitude / self care section definitely helped me so much through those rough days. I would advise anyone in a similar predicament to get this app and advise them that you need to be really strong and push through because once a few things click with your little one, the other pieces of the puzzle start to slot together so fast from there. We are all more happy and content than ever and will certainly be sticking to the daily plans up to 12 months and maybe even further! Thank you so much!
Really like this app! Great layout, is user friendly. I love the troubleshooting and how detailed it is. My boy is 7 and a half months and at the start he would only sleep on us (contact naps) in the day. Slowly over months got him to pram naps and eventually into the cot. I started using little ones and ended up using the quick method (I love how it's a pick up) and now he sleeps 2 hours for his lunch nap and earlier this week he slept through the night and has only woken up once a night for a feed since then. I like how you can ask questions to sleep consultants (although have to pay $20 extra), and they give very good timely replies.
From the beginning the Little ones sleep program worked really well for my little one! I was struggling with naps and realised I was not giving my little one enough awake time. I really like that littke ones uses weeks not months to calculate the awake time and slowly increases it. It also is useful to have the troubleshooting topics which helps when baby doesnt run with the program. It's reassuring to have an idea of what to do so you don't have to spend the whole day figuring out your babies sleep.
I started Little Ones around the 4 month sleep regression. This program is so easy to make work for you and your family. I love that they don't pressure you to make changes but want to make sure that you are okay with what you are doing!!! My overall goal was to have my daughter nap in her crib so that I could spend time with my other kids. It took a while, and I enjoyed being gentle, but my daughter now does her 2 hour nap in her crib! Also, it really is freeing to have the guides (and that is what they are guides!) to know when your little one should go down for a nap. It really made it easier to let them try to work it out when you knew they were actually tired, not that you thought maybe they should be!! It can be as gentle as a program as you would like! For a few months probably 6-10 months, I wasn't sure anything was working and I was wondering what was wrong...but then things kind of fell into place. Life is not magical by any means but having a guide and a routine has made things much less stressful. Plus, I know it is okay to make changes due to travel, sickness, etc and then we will fall back into our routine when we can. Thank you so much for this program and for letting me modify it to fit our family!!
Since starting our baby on the Little Ones program we have seen significant improvements to our baby’s sleep. He went from being an overtired, cranky baby who would only nap for 30 mins at a time and wake multiple times a night to a baby that consistently sleeps 5 hour stretches at night. I love having the predictability of knowing when our baby is going to need to go for a nap, he often shows sleep signs right around the time that he is supposed to go and it is much easier to put him down now. The flexibility we have with this program is also great!
It’s incredibly useful and has so much information
The sleep program worked almost immediately. We loved that the schedule was easy to follow and there was a troubleshooting section for anything that could occur while trying to get our son to sleep. Our son started sleeping 8 hours a night within 3 or 4 days and now about a month later he is sleeping 12 hours every night. We are very happy with the program and would definitely recommend it to other parents.
Unfortunately, I've found the app to be quite complicated to use. I'm a 35yo professional female, so usually I don't struggle to use tech, but as helpful as the information may be, I don't think it's presented properly in the app.Content is hard to find and pages contain way to much information! For busy mums who are sleep deprived, this is very overwhelming.I was hoping for a step-by-step method to follow, which I can see in the "program schedule" but it's annoying that troubleshooting notes aren't linkable through that program screen. For example, if I have the program open, so I can keep an eye on what time I'm supposed to wake bub, but then bub wakes early and I'm looking for advice on "what to do if the lunch nap goes wrong", I have to click around to many different pages to find troubleshooting notes, then read a copious amount of information, while bub is crying in the background. Not very user friendly.I also wish there was an option to tailor the program a bit, aside from changing the morning wake time. And have an integrated view of the statistics in the tracker so I can make connections between feeds, changes and sleeps. The one thing I do really like are the reminders that pop up for each event in the program and the prompts to let me know the schedule is changing as bub gets older.I'm still following the program and hoping to see more substantial results but ultimately feel it's been a lot of work digging for information thus far.But PLEASE fix the amount of content. It's important to communicate, but only if the user can actually consume it.
Hi Allira,Thanks so much for your review and your feedback. We are working on the amount of content in the app and making things easier to find. The troubleshooting info can now be accessed directly from the schedule on your home screen by clicking the wee pink 'troubleshooting icon' on whichever event you need help with. Thanks, Rhyanna
